About David H  Erdody David received a BS degree in the College of Health and Human Services at Eastern Michigan University. He came to the ELI in March of 2000 and is the lead for the computing and media environment. He is the front-line person for hardware and software and audiovisual applications appropriate to ELI's needs. Other duties include advising faculty, staff, and students concerning applications, system, and peripheral usage problems; coordinating the development and maintenance of online materials. Working with the ELI faculty, David has implemented a number of computer-based interactive audio and video technologies to further ELI's mission. He is also the founder and director of Assistive Media, a nonprofit producer of audio-based reading materials for the blind and visually disabled at www.AssistiveMedia.org.
