To register for the MELAB test please download the MELAB Official Identification Form and mail it to your selected test center. Your completed MELAB Official Identification Form, your passport photo, and the test fee of U.S. $80.00 (without the speaking test) or U.S. $120.00 (with the speaking test) must arrive at your selected test center by the deadline as specified by the center.

The MELAB Speaking Test (Oral Interview) cannot be taken alone. Speaking Test scores are reported only in conjunction with the most recent written MELAB examination scores.

An incomplete registration form (MELAB ID Form) without a passport photo and the accompanying test fee will not be processed.
