Bio: Hello students of LHSP 2009-2010. My name is Kendra Furry and I am one of your student assistants for the year. I am a sophomore this year, which makes me feel really old. I'm from Portage, Michigan. If you've never heard of it, I can show you where it is on my hand. It's near Kalamazoo, which is where Derek Jeter is from, but I am not a fan of the Yankees. I am double majoring in Spanish and English, so if you ever want to talk about books or charlar con alguien, feel free to come my way. This summer I watched a ton of Tigers baseball and looked in vain for a job. If I could do anything in the world I would be a professional tennis player but as luck would have it I hate exercise, so I'm planning to one day be a teacher instead. I am in LHSP more for the writing aspect rather than the art; I love to write, but stick figures are as far as I go when it comes to drawing. Beyond that it's not too pretty. I'm a cat person but I like dogs too. And I have a Nintendo 64, so if you ever want to play, I will accept all challengers.
