Mariano Lowenstern - CSP Sophomore
Mariano is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physics. He has been part of a research group led by Paul Drake, Professor of Applied Physics and Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences. The research is based on high energy Astrophysics. Mariano is currently president of the University of Michigan Lambda Chi Alpha Chapter and is a High Alpha. Chineye “Chi Chi” Onyemaechi - CSP Sophomore
Chi Chi was accepted into the Summer Medical and Dental Education Program (SMDEP) at Yale School of Medicine. She currently is concentrating in Neuroscience and is considering a career in Dentistry. The Yale program offers an Intensive writing and communication course, with emphasis on science topics, multicultural health issues, and developing a personal statement. Evelyn Lucas-Perry - CSP Graduate, May 2006
Evelyn will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in General Biology. This term she is participating in the Semester at Sea Program sponsored by the University of Pittsburg. Evelyn’s hard work during her undergraduate years has been profitable. She was recently admitted into the University of Michigan Dental School. Congratulations Evelyn on your admittance to Dental School!

Angela Lynn Davis - CSP Junior
Angela was accepted into the School of Education for Fall 2006. She will be pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education with a major in Social Studies and a minor in Fine Arts. Angela is from Detroit where she attended Renaissance High School. She has a deep passion and talent for working with young children. Her proficiency in Spanish is an added bonus. Angela has all the ingredients needed to be a successful teacher. All your hard work and dedication has paid off, Congratulations!

Michigan.
Chauncey is an Academic Advisor in the
Comprehensive Studies Program. He also is
responsible for Coordinating all of the Summer
Bridge Student Development activities and is in
charge of the CSP Tutoring program.

Alicia Ortez, B.A. University of Michigan.
Alicia
served as a CSP Academic Advisor for many years
and is currently an Academic Counselor/Learning
Specialist in the Department of Intercollegiate
Athletics.

Kristina Louise Johnson - CSP Graduate,
December 2003, Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and English.
Kristina also graduated from Wayne State University in December 2005 with a Masters Degree in Library and Information Science with Honors in the Major. Kristina was in Ms. Ruffino’s Summer Bridge class of 1999.
