The annual Dimitri and Irmgard Pallas Lecture in Modern Greek Studies promotes greater awareness of modern Greek history and its artistic, scientific, philosophical, ethical, political, and other contributions to civilization.

The Demetrios and Demetra Partalis Kales Student Support Fund, established by Drs. Joyce and Anthony Kales, provides academic resources for undergraduate and graduate students pursuing study in Modern Greek.
