Is there a difference between the multiple forms of each test?
While the format is the same, the actual items are different. The alternate forms are roughly comparable in difficulty, and equation tables are used to adjust for minor variations in difficulty level among forms. More than one form is offered for security purposes. Tests may be used for placement-promotion-exit procedures by changing forms on subsequent administrations. You may also alternate forms between students in the same administration for added security.
