Fields of Study
Professor Poulsen’s research interests are in Earth System History, paleoclimatology, and paleoceanography. His research focuses on the interactions within the climate system, including those among the oceans, atmosphere, cryosphere, and biosphere, in an effort to understand the processes that shape past and future global climate change.
