We are pleased to announce that wireless coverage in the College has been extended throughout seven additional buildings for Fall Term '07.

East Hall
Lorch Hall
Randall Lab
Tappan Hall
West Hall

Additional buildings with previously existing wireless coverage are:

Mason Hall
Modern Languages Building (basement, first, and second floors)
Thayer Building
Undergraduate Science Building

The new installations are the best of next generation wireless technology. Because this is a large new installation (with hundreds of new access points) there may be some localized problems. Please enjoy using the new wireless networks. To get connected launch a web browser and type in your uniqname and umich password.

Should you experience any difficulty, please report the problem to 764-HELP. This will give wireless engineers a good overview of the system so that any needed adjustments can be made.
