About Susan Reinhart

Susan Reinhart is a Lecturer IV at the English Language Institute.  She has an MA in linguistics from the University of Michigan.  She graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit School of Law and is a member of the Michigan Bar Association.  Her main areas of interest are spoken academic discourse and academic legal English.  She has written six texts, including Testing Your Grammar (2nd edition 2002), Giving Academic Presentations (2002), Strategies for Leal Case Reading and Vocabulary Development (2007) and Academic Interactions: Communicating on Campus (with Feak & Rohlck, 2009). She has also co-authored several papers in English for academic legal purposes.
