Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers a wide range of services, including test anxiety and time management workshops as well as personal counseling.
Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center (SAPAC) provides personal counseling, advocacy and outreach to the college community.
The SAPAC and CAPS Take A Stand website provides services for survivors and their friends and family.
Finding Voice is a student group advocating mental health.
The Mental Health Resources website provides information for students and faculty about mental health awareness on campus.

Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR) helps resolve disputes between a student and a university unit.

Depression Support Groups: Non-fee groups sponsored by the U of M Depression Center. Group A is for persons with depression and other mood disorders; group B is for family members of persons with depression or other mood disorders. Both groups meet on the third Wednesdays of every month at the U of M Outpatient Psychiatry Clinics, 2101 Commonwealth Blvd., Suite B, Ann Arbor. Recovery, Inc.: This self-help program offers its members a free method to regain and maintain their mental health. Members include people diagnosed with mood disorders including depression, dysthymia and bipolar (manic-depressive) disorders; psychotic disorders including schizophrenia; anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders; and personality disorders. The program is designed to work in conjunction with professional mental health services. Recovery, Inc. is operated entirely by non-professionals.
