About Gad Lim Gad does test development and related research for the Testing Division of the ELI. He is currently completing his PhD in education at the University of Michigan, focusing on issues of second language learning, teaching, and testing. Before coming to the United States, he taught writing and literature at Ateneo de Manila University, a Jesuit institution in the Philippines with which he remains connected. He is also a sometime writer, whose fiction has been published, translated, and anthologized.
