LSA-ISS Learning Opportunities and Workshops
ISS partners with a number of units across campus to provide training and workshops for undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty and staff.
Workshops for graduate students, faculty and in many instances, staff, can be found by going to the Teaching with Technology Collaborative website. Information about the May Enriching Scholarship Program can also be found at this site. Many of these instructional support units, such as the Faculty Exploratory or the Digital Media Commons, also post documentation related to previously offered workshops. To review workshop documentation, visit the workshop sponsor listed for the session.
Sessions are also available specifically for undergraduate students. To see and register for technology or unit-specific sessions, such as the Undergraduate Science Research Opportunities Program, the Science Learning Center or Women in Science and Engineering, students may visit the Undergraduate Education Workshop site to explore and register.
ISS templates, bibliographies, quick-start handouts and workshop materials are updated as new sessions are offered or as new options are documented. View the ISS training and workshop resources page.
For more information about workshops and training, please contact Instructional Technology Consulting at (734) 615-0100 or email ISSinstruction@umich.edu.
