Doctoral Student in Anthropology
Research interests: Eastern North America, American Southwest; social complexity,
mounds and monuments, iconography and ritual
Christina has a B.A. in Anthropology from Barnard College and began graduate studies at the University of Michigan in the fall of 2010. She has worked on survey of the Rio Grande Gorge of northern New Mexico, excavations of inland Chumash sites, and on projects in the coastal Southeastern United States including the excavation of Late Archaic shell ring sites. Christina plans to continue her own research in the Southeastern U.S.
