    Peg's background in electronic and print publishing includes extensive content management system (CMS) experience. Her current responsibilities include leading the Open Text CMS training program, providing support to all CMS users, testing software issues, working with developers to enhance existing content types and create new ones, and developing user training and support documentation, including videos.
