    The first half of this talk will present a project designed to test hypotheses about ancient Greek burnt sacrifice by building an experimental ash altar in the garden of the American School in Athens, Greece. The second half will describe the use of digital photogrammetry to three-dimensionally document architecture and archaeological strata at the Sant’Omobono sanctuary in Rome, Italy.
