PitE Students and Alumni Create Community on the Campus Farm

In 2012, UM students were awarded seed money to establish and break ground on the campus farm. That year, the pilot farm was created in May and yielded 700 pounds of produce by summer's end, with the help of the UM students, faculty, and volunteers from the community. Learn more about how this program has grown today, and how students in PitE, SNRE, Architecture, and Engineering came together to create this outdoor classroom.
