  • About

    I'm interested in English as a second language writing, English/Chinese as a second language acquisition, and syntax. Learning a different language, being able to function efficiently in that language yet not losing one's unique identity requires far more than just the grasping the mechanics of that language. I have taught language/literacy courses to English/Chinese language learners as well educational theory courses to ESL pre-service teachers. It is a challenging and rewarding experience to learn a different language and there are moments when a learner could not even tell why/where s/he gets stuck. I'm here to help!
