How to Use a PhD to Make People Angry, Happy, and/or Enlightened
A technique is described for using the skills acquired during scientific PhD research to manipulate the emotional and cognitive states of people on a large scale. Case studies include an investigation of civilian deaths in Afghanistan, a sting operation on open access journals, a global dance contest for scientists, and a series of pornographic art films about the sex life of nonhuman animals.
