BA in Sociology, Yale University, and MA in American Culture, University of Michigan. Three years as a Graduate Student Instructor in American Culture, English, and Women’s Studies. Four years as an American Culture steward to the Graduate Employees Organization. Ten years as a rape crisis intervention volunteer counselor and advocate. Four years in museum administration and fundraising. Currently a general academic advisor, member of the First-Year and the International Student Committees, and working on Transfer Student issues.
