  Serves as a resource to Shared Services member units in Pre-Award and Post-Award activities, as well as general financial transactions.  Assistance includes preparing the PAF in eResearch, developing grant budgets, interpreting agency guidelines, and submitting proposals using Grants.gov or other sponsor systems.  Monitors financial status of sponsored and non-sponsored projects, reconciles and prepares monthly reports, reviews expenditures for A-21 compliance, and assists unit faculty with financial projections.
