Immersion Weekend for Winter 2013 Program Students

The Winter 2013 Cohort will be welcomed into the program and the City of Detroit during the Immersion Weekend. Students will pack up for a weekend of urban gardening service events, outdoor shopping at Eastern Market and local grocery stores, and a few cozy evenings getting to know their peers. Lodging is provided, though students will want to bring a pillow and sleeping bag or blanket, as well as $20-30 dollars in cash for a group event out.
