    Part arts festival, part social experiment, part civic project, ArtPrize brings visitors in the hundreds of thousands. Unlike any other event, The public votes on ten winners, 1st place receives $200,000, 2nd $75,000, 3rd $50,000, and $5,000 each for 4th through 10th. Artists from the Prison Creative Arts Project will display their work at the Grand Rapids Parole Office.
    Artists were selected by popular vote at the PCAP Linkage Project's "I am a Voice" exhibition for returning citizens.
