Philip Potter studies and teaches in the areas of international security and American foreign policy. His current research projects explore the relationship between interdependence and international conflict; the impact of public opinion and media on foreign policy; and the role of networks in transnational terrorism. Philip holds a B.A. from McGill University, a Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles and has been a fellow at Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania.
