Major Projects:
- Photographic investigations of daily life in Black South Africa, which are published in his recent book Casting Shadows(2001). Work from this project has been exhibited and collected nationally and internationally, most recently at the Guangzhou Photo Biennial in China, the Detroit Institute of Arts, and the CS Mott Foundation, as well as at the South African National Gallery.
- Consultant for South African schools.
- Currently working on a transnational project on mixed race identity.
