A Lesson in Sustainable Nourishment

This summer, students will be traveling to the Golden Temple in Amristar, India through the Global Intercultural Experience for Undergraduate program (GIEU) to learn about sustainable nourishment and participate in the long standing tradition of the Community Kitchen.   The GIEU program,  which is part of the Center for Global and Intercultural Study (CGIS) provides students with the opportunity to learn through international community work and bring their experiences back to their local communities.  For more information please visit: A lesson in sustainable nourishment.
