    BioElise Hernandez is a doctoral student in Social Work and Developmental Psychology. She earned her B.S. from the University of Central Florida where studied Psychology and Aging Studies. Her work examines the dynamics of family and social relationships among Latina/o older adults. Her social work interest focuses on using community organizing models to help Latina/o families and neighborhoods advocate for culturally relevant and practical services for older adults.
