    Jocelyn Frelier is currently a third-year Ph.D. student interested in contemporary, francophone, North-African literature. In addition to being a part of the Romance Languages Department, Jocelyn will complete a certificate in Women’s Studies, where she will focus on Third-World Feminist and Women of Color  Theory. Finally, Jocelyn's research is heavily influenced by Post-Colonial Studies, notions of voice, and vision, and non-traditional spaces of women's agency in fiction.
