Shelley is responsible for the majority of the financial activities in the Department, including account reconciliation, travel advances and expense reports, reimbursements and purchasing support. She is also the administrative contact for the Time Schedule, Course Guide and class permissions (overrides). Shelley coordinates scheduling for the undergraduate advisors and is the primary contact for advising appointments for undergraduate students. She is often the first person student, faculty and visitors meet when coming into Women's Studies and provides assistance with a wide range of questions about Women's Studies activities, Lane Hall facilities, and the campus.
