School of Finance and Banking (SFB) – Project Director. Agreement signed with the government of Rwanda to improve the capacity of the SFB to provide high quality management education programs. The agreement will include training 100 senior ministry officials in addition to future trainers (2006-11, Rwanda Ministry of Education).
Assessment of Graduate Management Education. Agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to assess post-secondary business education in seven African countries. The research teams were given the IFC mandate of completing a “checklist” of institutional backgrounds and resources at post-secondary educational institutions with graduate management programs in each country. The teams delivered a robust and contextualized understanding of the dynamic political, social, and economic environments in which 22 selected graduate management institutions must operate and compete.
