Dominique Butler-Borruat, RC faculty member and Head of the RC Intensive French Language Program, was nominated for a Golden Apple Award. The Golden Apple Award is the only student nominated award that recognizes outstanding university teaching. Comments from Dominique's students included “Dominique is an incredible French teacher. Even though every class we have with her is an hour of lecture on French grammar, she still manages to make things exciting and funny. Being a native speaker, she has developed an effective teaching technique that makes it easy for the information she's giving to seep in instead of slide over the surface. Dominique genuinely cares about the progress and success of her students, especially when it comes to proficiency."

The Residential College congratulates Dominique on her nomination, and thanks her for her commitment to this University and its students.
