Description

Algorithms and programming in C++ and MATLAB, computing as a tool in engineering, introduction to the organization of digital computers.

For students outside of Engineering who want to register for this class, complete this online form to request an override. These requests are reviewed after first-year engineering students finish registering for classes. Students receive an automated email if the override is approved, or an email from the First Year Program office if the override is not approved.

Class Format:

There are no synchronous lectures. The instructor listed for the lecture time is not relevant, because this is just one large course. Online prep work is due on Mondays and Tuesdays. Labs are synchronous during the time listed in Wolverine Access, so please sign up for a time that works with your schedule. Please Note: There is not a required textbook for this course.
