The LSA Academic Advising Center will hire 15 Summer Academic Peer Advisors during First-Year Student Summer Orientation to introduce incoming mainstream LSA students to academic aspects of college life. Applicants must be continuing LSA undergraduates or May 2016 graduates with a commitment to assisting new students in adjusting successfully to UM. Completed applications are due to Rob Gordon C/O the Advising Center Front Desk, 1255 Angell Hall, by 4:00 pm Friday February 26, 2016.

The Newnan LSA Academic Advising Center is hiring international students to work as academic peer advisors for International Orientation and Final Fall Orientation, August 22 - September 2, 2016. As an International Academic Peer Advisor (IAPA), you’ll work with LSA academic advisors to welcome new first-year and transfer students and their families to LSA and the University.
The APPLICATION DEADLINE is Monday, February 22, 2016, by 5:00 pm.
